About the role
This role serves as the senior media lead for a major account, shaping integrated media strategy that connects client business objectives, audience insights, market conditions, and performance data to deliver measurable growth. The position acts as a trusted client advisor, leading strategic discussions, guiding media investment decisions, and recommending planning, optimization, and measurement approaches that improve both near-term results and long-term business value. It provides oversight of integrated planning and execution across teams, ensuring campaigns, budgets, and resources align with approved objectives, contractual commitments, and profitability expectations. The role also strengthens organizational capability by leading and developing planning teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, advancing innovation, and championing operational excellence, accountability, and agency values in all aspects of the business.
What you'll do
Lead account business and media strategy Serve as the primary strategic media leader for a major account, translating business objectives, market dynamics, audience insights, and performance data into integrated media approaches that drive measurable business outcomes. Ensure media investments support both short-term performance goals and long-term business growth.
Serve as client partner and trusted advisor Develop and maintain client relationships through strategic consultation, proactive communication, and thoughtful problem solving. Lead media discussions, provide business-focused recommendations, and identify opportunities that strengthen client partnerships and deliver incremental value.
