Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly | Mondays & Wednesdays | Approximately 20 Hours/Week

About the Position:

Regeneration Pittsburgh is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis.

In this role, you'll primarily provide IV infusion therapies while supporting a variety of regenerative medicine and wellness services. We're looking for someone who brings strong clinical skills, exceptional bedside manner, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful patient experiences.

Job Description:

• Administer IV infusion therapies, including vitamin, mineral, ozone, and TruDose treatments, while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Perform blood draws and assist providers with regenerative medicine procedures.
• Support additional wellness services and treatments, including Class IV laser therapy, Food Inflammation Testing, Galleri Early Detection Cancer Screening, PEMF mat, InBody scanner, Normatech compression boots.
• Provide exceptional, personalized patient care while creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Educate patients on available treatments, services, and healthy lifestyle practices that support overall wellness.
• Coordinate patient flow and collaborate with providers and team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using electronic medical record systems.
• Communicate effectively with the other part-time nurse to ensure continuity of care and a smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory and proactively maintain necessary IV therapy and medical supplies.
• Respond to patient inquiries, phone calls, and emails as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
• Stay informed about the practice's services, treatments, and wellness offerings.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
• Occasionally participate in practice marketing and social media content as appropriate.
• Represent Regeneration Pittsburgh with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Prior IV administration experience required. 
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to patient safety.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with providers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and accurate patient documentation.
• Genuine interest in integrative medicine, regenerative therapies, and proactive wellness.
• Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about the services and treatments offered at the practice.
