Job Description Arundel Ford is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our service department. The ideal candidate will have diagnostic abilities, a commitment to quality, and the ability to perform both routine maintenance and complex repairs. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with steady work and supportive leadership. Job Type & Schedule Job Type: Full-time Schedule: M-F Work Requirements: * Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 4 - 10 hour shift available * Ability to Commute: Arundel, ME (Required) * Work Location: In person Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently * Perform maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake jobs, tire rotations, and alignments * Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues in electrical and mechanical systems * Communicate with service advisors about repair status and recommendations * Document services performed and complete repair orders thoroughly * Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Qualifications * 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician preferred * Ford certifications a plus but not required * Solid understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics * Ability to use scan tools and repair software effectively * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record * Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening * Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and handling physical shop demands Why Join Arundel Ford * Work in a busy, modern service department with updated equipment * Join a tight-knit, locally owned team that values quality and professionalism * Get access to training programs and OEM certifications * Take advantage of career growth opportunities within the dealership * Enjoy strong customer volume and steady workflow year-round Benefits * Sign-on bonus based on experience * 100% employer-paid health insurance * Dental and vision insurance * Great pay structure

• Competitive Compensation: $50,000-$120,000 (Based on experience)
