What you'll actually do Author realistic reading and writing instruction scenarios across levels Write model feedback on student writing with the reasoning behind it Grade model output for accuracy of literary analysis and quality of feedback Flag feedback that sounds supportive but doesn't improve the writing Who this is for Teaching license or certification with an English or language arts endorsement 2+ years of teaching English in a classroom setting Depth in writing instruction, literature, and composition feedback You can write pedagogical reasoning clearly enough for another teacher to follow it Contract and pay $35 to $65/hr , paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start. Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours. Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week. No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers. Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.
