Location: Burbank, CA - onsite

Duration: 6 months + potential to extend

Pay Range: $35/hr - $45/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Direct Display Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in direct display media operations, CM360 trafficking, and publisher deal execution and a proven ability to ensure accurate campaign setup, delivery, and billing reconciliation while driving clear reporting for stakeholders .

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day execution of direct display campaigns and manage publisher relationships outside of programmatic exchanges.
• Execute insertion orders and contracts, and set up new vendors in the internal billing system with accurate rates, terms, and flight details.
• Traffic ad tags in CM360, adhere to naming conventions and third-party tagging requirements, and perform QA to validate builds and data flow into dashboards.
• Monitor delivery against flights and budgets, flag under delivery or discrepancies, and partner with media buyers and publishers to resolve issues.
• Support monthly actualization and reconciliation, including invoice tracking, submission, and billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with BI teams to correct data or naming issues and maintain clean dashboards and reports.
• Compile and deliver campaign performance reporting and communicate progress, learnings, and delivery updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CM360 or similar ad servers.
• Familiarity with direct publisher deals, insertion orders, and vendor/contract processes.
• Proficiency in trafficking, QA, and adherence to naming conventions and tagging requirements.
• Ability to monitor pacing, troubleshoot discrepancies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and publishers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including billing and reconciliation support.
• Clear written and verbal communication for stakeholder updates within a team setting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with campaign actualization and invoice reconciliation workflows.
• Exposure to BI dashboards and troubleshooting data and naming issues.
