Change Management LeaderCompany has created a proprietary model to overhaul the way they provide services to their clients, and they are looking for a professional to lead the internal change management process associated with this model’s rollout. In general, the individual needs to be focused on minimizing any negative effects of the large-scale change in our operations so that the individual can maximize the benefits the change will bring. This individual will be dealing mainly with Company’s client interfacing professionals through the communication, training, and facilitation of this change within the organization. They should independently be able to manage this project but will be given support from the project management office to track milestones and deliverables of the individual’s plan.Job Description/RequirementsLooking for certified practitioners in the following areasMinimum 7-9 years of experience in Change management for business transformationsProfessional service organization experience is a plusChange Management ExpertiseProficiency in leading change using established frameworks like ProSci.Experience assessing organizational readiness for change and developing tailored change management plans and roadmaps for business transformation.Experience working with the knowledge management team to develop training programs and content supporting the transformation.Proficient in creating and delivering effective change communication plans to ensure employees are informed and engaged throughout the transformation.Skilled in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges that may arise during the transformation process.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage resistance to change effectively.Ability to coach and mentor leaders and guide teams on agile assessment practices and principles.Agile Transformation ExperienceStrong understanding of agile principles and lean methodologies.Experience successfully implementing agile transformations for organizations of similar domain, size, and complexity.
