Excellent active listening skills.•Ability to work successfully with teams to complete high quality deliverables within tight time lines•Understanding of how people go through change and the change process. Plan should be comprised of activities that leverage multiple channels, ensure appropriate support from key sponsors, and seamlessly transition individuals through the change lifecycle.•Influence and guide other employees through the change management process.•Ensure messaging is aligned with objectives of the initiative, the department, and the enterprise.•Build metrics to monitor engagement and readiness for change.
