-Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with all safety and environmental practices and procedures.
\n-Develop and execute energy isolation plans for maintenance activities.
\n-Operate and monitor plant and process equipment and associated systems.
\n-Maximize production by maintaining equipment runtime and ensuring equipment operates within product specifications.
\n-Complete daily equipment read-ups and follow up on parameters outside of normal operating ranges.
\n-Troubleshoot operational, mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
\n-Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
\n-Identify required maintenance on plant equipment and related systems and complete computer work orders.
\n-Prepare plant equipment and piping systems for maintenance activities.
\n-Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to address equipment issues and support production.
\n-Develop and update work instructions, SOPs and process sheets as needed.
\n-Build and assemble modules or equipment needed to support production when issues arise.
\n-Support robotics and automation equipment as needed.
\n-Share knowledge with co-workers and contribute to team goals and objectives.
\n-Maintain required training and emergency preparedness skills to assist with plant emergencies.
\n-Maintain a clean, safe and organized production environment.
\n \nQualifications:
\n-4+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial or production environment
\n-Strong hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience
\n-Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery
\n-Electrical troubleshooting experience
