Shift Opportunities

We have immediate shifts to fill across overnights and weekends:

• Overnight Shifts: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Weekend 24-Hour Coverage: Saturday & Sunday (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Overtime: Available based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible, professional armed security presence to deter unauthorized activity and protect client assets.
• Conduct thorough foot patrols or mobile property inspections.
• Enforce client post orders, access protocols, and safety standards with diplomacy and authority.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and respond calmly and decisively to incidents or emergency situations.
• Maintain clear daily activity logs (DARs) and complete detailed incident reports when necessary.
• Operate company vehicles safely when assigned to mobile patrol duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• KCMO Licensing: Must possess or be fully qualified to obtain a KCMO Armed Private Security License ( Current active KCMO commission strongly preferred for immediate start ).
• Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
• Firearm Ownership: Must own your own duty-grade handgun/firearm.
• Background & Screening: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and demonstrate firearm proficiency during pre-screening evaluations.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, strong conflict-de-escalation abilities, and a reliable work ethic.
